Type-loc: Macedonia, Greece
Adults are similar to Aedes geniculatus and Aedes gilcolladoi differs only with pale scale patch on the metameron. Differs from Aedes geniculatus having broad white scales on the scutellum instead of narrow yellowish white scales.
